Your film does not need generic “cinematic music.” It needs music that understands the scene.

I’m a professional composer, arranger and orchestrator with more than 20 years of experience writing music for orchestras, ensembles and visual media.

I compose original music for film, television, documentaries, animation, theatre, podcasts and other visual media, with particular strengths in drama, mystery, crime, character-driven storytelling and orchestral or acoustic music.

I can compose directly to picture, or work from a script, scene, brief, reference track or description.

My musical background spans classical and orchestral music, jazz, rock, folk, tango, Brazilian and other Latin American traditions. That gives me a broad musical vocabulary, but my aim is always the same: to find a musical language that belongs to the story rather than simply adding a generic soundtrack.

My concert music and arrangements have been performed by musicians of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Amsterdam Sinfonietta, the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble and other major professional ensembles. In 2024, four of my orchestral works were performed by Argentina’s National Symphony Orchestra.
